1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or defective.
• There was a shipping error, and you received an incorrect item.
• The product is unopened and in its original packaging within the return period.

2. Request Period

Customers must request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving their order.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

As bioproducts, bioinks that have been opened, used, or improperly stored are not eligible for return.

• Wait for our team to evaluate your request and provide shipping instructions – within 48 hours.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
